Good pals of First Chop; the wonderful food blog Gallaxy Gastronomy recently cooked up a little treat for St. Patrick’s Day which we thought we'd share for these lockdown days! It's a succulent and deceptively simple gluten free stout (of course :)) Beef Stew that features First Chop’s Gluten free 'Pod' Vanilla Stout! Obviously food supplies are trickier than usual at the moment to acess, but this a dish full of staple ingredients yet still packed full of flavour.
